As this Chardonnay warms in your glass, the intricate symphony of flavors becomes more apparent. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels, 20% new. Hand stirring of lees and judicious use of malolactic fermentation creates the opulent mouth-feel without an over the top creaminess.
