Winemaker Notes
A rich, smoky Champagne, with hints of marzipan and fennel seed accenting honeyed malt, bread dough, baked apple and gingersnap flavors. It's all focused by intense acidity, which meshes beautifully into the layers of flavor and refined texture, with a lingering finish.

Bollinger is one of my favorites, smoother than the rest, very easy and enjoyable to drink!

Bollinger does not rhyme with finesse, but when you open it, it is a whole different story. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. Aromas of pear, brioche, nuts. Easily can be paired with shellfish, seafood and white lean meat

This champagne is lighter and brighter then I normally like which makes it go down really easily!
