Winemaker Notes
Montepulciano done in the Appesimento style, just like Amarone, meaning the grapes are partially dried before making the wine. This concentrates the flavors, and boy are there flavors here! Lots of jammy but dry maraschino cherry, figs, and more with a sleek finish.
