Spicy oak with strawberry and fig jam to the nose. Medium-to-full bodied, soft mouthfeel and focused cherry fruit, mint. Refreshing acidity on the finish with notes of chapparal.
73% Zinfandel, 15% Petite Sirah, 10% Carignane, 2% Grenache

For me, summer isn't complete until the smoker is cooking a rack of ribs. When it's rib season, the Zinfandel comes out and at my house Ridge reigns supreme. Sourced from across Sonoma County, Three Valley's is a story that is told by the winemaker in deference to the grape's exquisite staying power.
