Winemaker Notes

Wine Enthusias 90 Points Made from 30+ year old Cabernet Franc vines planted 90% to sand and gravel and 10% flint and gravel. Fully destemmed with fermentation in stainless steel. Very youthful with aromas of violets, black pepper and cranberry that practically jump out of the glass. “This perfumed wine balances fresh blackberry flavors and acidity with a rich texture. Vibrant, fruity and smoky, it offers hints of tannins at the end.
