What are the age requirements for wine purchase?

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol in the United States. An adult signature is required by law for alcohol deliveries and an identification verification may be required.


What is the cost to purchase on Yahyn?

There is a 2% service fee applied at checkout on the items purchased. This helps us run our platform and ensure that amazing wines are delivered intact right to your door.


Which US states does Yahyn ship to?

Yahyn has partnerships with licensed wine merchants to make thousands of wines available for online purchase through our platform. With licensing laws varying by state, our partners ship to the states in which they are licensed.

Please indicate the state you wish to ship to in the upper right corner of the Yahyn site and we’ll automatically display the wines available for purchase and delivery to that state. Adult signatures are required for all deliveries.


How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. If a delivery attempt is made, you may need to contact the carrier directly to schedule your delivery or to request a pickup location.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

Yahyn asks our partners to ship orders within two days of order placement. Shipping times may vary due to extreme weather conditions. If a delay is expected, Yahyn will be in contact with you about the options available. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.


Can I ship my order to a PO box?

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol in the United States. An adult signature is required by law for alcohol deliveries and an identification verification may be required.


Can I cancel my order?

Yahyn asks our partners to confirm orders within one day or order placement, and ship orders within two days of order placement. If your order has been confirmed or shipped, cancellations may not be accepted. Please contact the Yahyn service team right away to understand the options depending on the status of your order, email info@yahyn.com.


How will the Yahyn purchase appear on my credit card statement?

Charges will appear as Monticellobiv when ordering on Yahyn. Monticello is our payment processing partner.


What information does Yahyn share with the wine merchant?

Yahyn shares your name, shipping address, and phone number with our wine merchants, which is the basic information required for your order to be shipped. We do not share any billing information.
